Returns and Exchanges

  1. Please email info@syncequestrian.com first so we can ensure that you are eligible for a return/refund and can check the product you want to exchange is in stock.
  2. Print and complete the returns form
  3. Return the product to us suitably packaged (any products arriving damaged or unsellable may not be accepted).

All returns need to be made within 14 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, in it’s original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered with tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Make-up marks, hand prints, and animal hair will not be accepted. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which remains your responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance and recommend you retain proof of sending. We will not be responsible for any customs or import duties in relation to returns and exchanges.

When you make an exchange, we will post out the first exchange free of charge, any further exchanges will be liable for shipping costs. If the exchange is returned for a refund the exchange shipping will be deducted.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item and refunds credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.

All refunds will be made using the same method originally used to pay for the purchase less any shipping fees.
