Returns and Exchanges

  1. Please email support@syncequestrian.com first so we can ensure that you are eligible for a return/refund and can check the product you want to exchange is in stock.
  2. Print and complete the returns form
  3. Return the product to us suitably packaged (any products arriving damaged or unsellable may not be accepted).

All returns need to be made within 30 days of receipt of goods with proof of purchase, in its original condition, without having been worn, washed, or altered with tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. Make-up marks, handprints, and animal hair will not be accepted. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges for your first exchange. Thereafter you will be responsible for paying for any additional returns or exchange shipping charges. We will not be responsible for any customs or import duties in relation to returns and exchanges.

All returns will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the item and refunds credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.

All refunds will be made using the same method originally used to pay for the purchase less any shipping fees.

Orders shipped internationally may require 7-28 business days for delivery, depending on the volume of imports and the efficiency of your local post office. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information to monitor the progress of your order.
