When will my order ship?

All products ordered M-F will be processed for shipping within 1 business day. We do not ship on Sundays. You will receive an email when your order has shipped.

Sync Equestrian will not be held responsible for any postal delays which would be out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail, with a flat rate charge of $25 (Canada has a flat rate of $14.97). If shipping is considerably less (depending on location), we will issue a partial refund of shipping charge.

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country’s customs. Sync Equestrian and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as Sync Equestrian does not cover additional customs fee charges. Sync Equestrian is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.

How can I track my order after it ships?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email that includes a tracking number and link to the USPS website for easy tracking of your order’s progress online. This shipping status email also includes the shipping method used, transit time, and shipping date.

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $7.99 (US), $14.97 (Canada) and $19.97 (International) for shipments.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. International shipments may take longer.
