Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges for Sync Equestrian must be submitted through our Return Portal:
sync-equestrian.returnrabbit.app

Once your request is submitted in the portal, please review the guidelines below to ensure your item is eligible.


Item Condition Requirements

All return and exchange items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging. Items will be deemed ineligible and returned to you if they show:

  • Pet hair

  • Marks or stains

  • Deodorant residue

  • Any visible signs of wear or damage


Packaging Requirements

To keep your item eligible for return or exchange:

  • Please do not place stickers, tape, or shipping labels directly on the original product packaging.

  • Package the item securely so the original packaging remains undamaged.

Items returned with stickers or labels on the product packaging will be considered ineligible.


Exchanges

All return items must be in the same conditions they were received in including all original packaging.  Anything with pet hairs, marks, deodorant stains, or any sign of wear will be returned to you.

Please make sure to fill out the attached form with your original order number stating which size and style you would like the item exchanged for. 

Please do not stick any stickers or labels on the original packaging. This will make your item ineligible for return.

Please note the new confirmation email for the exchange will show the original size and style since we have to duplicate the original order information for the exchange. We do this to keep track of the order history. 

We will send the new order out as soon as we receive the original.


Returns

If sizing was an issue, we can also make a size exchange.

Please make sure to include the attached form with your original order number stating you would like a refund, so we can refund you once we receive the item(s). If we don't have this, we won't be able to make a refund or exchange, so please make sure to include it.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and verified to meet all eligibility requirements.
