Returns and Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and considered in every purchase with Sync Equestrian. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist with a simple and seamless returns and exchanges process.
Return Conditions
All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
To preserve the quality and integrity of our garments, we kindly ask that all returned items meet the following conditions:
Items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with no signs of wear. Garments must be unwashed, unaltered, and in their original state. Items must be completely free of makeup, deodorant marks, dirt, odors, pet hair, or lint.
All original tags must remain securely attached, and items must be returned in their original clear packaging.
We are unable to accept items that show any signs of wear, washing, or handling beyond a try-on.
Packaging Requirements
To ensure your return is received and processed without delay, please kindly follow the guidelines below:
- Do not place stickers, shipping labels, or tape directly on the original clear garment bag
- All items must be placed inside a protective shipping bag or box for transit
- Please do not ship returns in USPS Priority Mail boxes, as this may result in additional carrier charges
Wrong or Defective Item?
If you believe you have received a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us at support@syncequestrian.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges (U.S. Orders)
We are pleased to offer complimentary exchanges for all U.S.-based customers.
Should you require a different size or color, we are happy to assist in finding your ideal fit.
How to initiate an exchange:
- Visit our Return Portal
- Enter your order number and email
- Select the item(s) you would like to exchange
- Choose your preferred replacement item (size/color)
- Download and print your prepaid return label
- Drop your exchange off at any USPS location
Once your return is received and processed, your exchange item will be shipped out promptly.
Returns (U.S. Orders)
If you would prefer a refund:
- A $9.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label
How to initiate a return:
- Visit our Return Portal
- Enter your order number and email
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Download and print your return label
- Drop your return off at any USPS location
Once your return has been received and processed, please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to reflect on your original form of payment.
International Returns & Exchanges
Our return portal does not currently support international returns or exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange:

Once received:
- Kindly complete and print the return form in full
- Include it inside your return package
- Ship your items back to the address provided below:

International Exchanges
- For international exchanges, we are pleased to offer support in finding the right size or style.
- Once your return has been received and processed, your replacement item will be shipped at no additional shipping cost.
