Returns and Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please email support@syncequestrian.com prior to returning or exchanging any items. This allows us to confirm your eligibility for a return or refund, and to check if the item you wish to exchange is in stock.
Important Return Requirements:

All returns and exchanges must include both the original product bag and tags fully attached, and must be returned exactly as received.

Do not ship the product bag on its own. Items shipped without external packaging may become dirty or damaged during transit, making them ineligible for return or exchange.

Do not attach any shipping labels directly onto the original product bag. Please package items securely in external packaging to protect them during shipping.
How to Return:
Email support@syncequestrian.com for authorization and stock confirmation.
- Print and complete the returns form
- Return your item packaged securely as outlined above. Any product arriving damaged, dirty, or unsellable will not be accepted.
Conditions:

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, with proof of purchase.

Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of makeup marks, handprints, or animal hair, with tags attached.

Items showing any signs of use will be returned to the sender without refund or exchange.

Returns requested after 30 days from receipt are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs:

We offer free shipping on your first return or exchange.

After your first return/exchange, shipping costs for any subsequent returns or exchanges are your responsibility.

Sync Equestrian is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to returns or exchanges.
Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For all orders shipped outside of the United States:

Delivery may take 7–28 business days, depending on your country’s customs processing and postal service.

Tracking information will be provided for all international shipments.

Sync Equestrian is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These fees are determined by your country’s laws and are the buyer's responsibility.
